Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kidsverse Club website (“Platform”) at www.kidsverseclub.com, you (the parent, guardian, or adult user) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including parents, guardians, and children who use the Platform under adult supervision. Children under 18 may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. About Kidsverse Club

Kidsverse Club is a kid-first digital platform designed for children ages 5–15. The Platform offers age-based worlds, friendly AI bots, and interactive experiences focused on learning, creativity, life skills, and digital safety. The Platform is divided into three age-based worlds:

  • Fun Factory — Ages 5–8: Storytelling, kindness, nature, and confidence
  • Discovery Zone — Ages 9–11: Homework help, STEM, quizzes, and cooking skills
  • The Lab — Ages 12–15: Study tools, life skills, creativity, and teen-safe support

3. Eligibility

This Platform is intended for children between the ages of 5 and 15. By registering or allowing your child to use our Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the Platform.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have read and understood these Terms and agree to them on behalf of yourself and your child.
  • You will supervise your child’s use of the Platform as appropriate for their age.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to register without verified parental consent, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

4. Account Registration

4a. Parent/Guardian Account

To access full features of the Platform, a parent or guardian must create an account on behalf of their child. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4b. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. Kidsverse Club will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you and your child will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform to harass, bully, threaten, or harm any person
  • Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate information
  • Attempt to access areas of the Platform not intended for your use
  • Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
  • Impersonate another user, parent, or staff member
  • Share your account credentials with others

Kidsverse Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

6. AI Bot Interactions

Our Platform features AI-powered bots designed specifically for children. These bots are programmed with age-appropriate content filters and guardrails. Please be aware:

  • AI bot responses are generated automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate.
  • Bots are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, educational, etc.).
  • Children should not share personal identifying information (full name, address, school name, phone number) with any AI bot.
  • Parents are encouraged to review their child’s interactions with AI bots periodically.

We continuously monitor and update our AI bots to maintain safety and age-appropriateness. If you notice any inappropriate bot behavior, please contact us immediately.

7. User-Generated Content

If the Platform allows users to submit stories, drawings, feedback, or other content, you grant Kidsverse Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate such content for platform improvement and operation purposes.

You agree that any content submitted will:

  • Not contain personal identifying information about any child
  • Be appropriate for the stated age group
  • Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms without notice.

8. Subscription and Payments

Kidsverse Club may offer both free and premium subscription tiers. If you choose a paid plan:

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to registered users.

Free tier users may access limited features as described on our website. We reserve the right to change free tier offerings at any time.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy at www.kidsverseclub.com to understand our data practices, especially regarding children’s data and COPPA compliance.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Kidsverse Club does not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
  • AI bot responses will be 100% accurate or appropriate in every context
  • The Platform will meet every individual educational need

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidsverse Club disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will:

  • Update the “Effective Date” at the top of this document
  • Notify registered users via email at least 14 days before changes take effect

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, especially children
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
